The Skincare Repurchases: La Roche Posay and Superdrug Naturally Radiant

In the last couple of days I have repurchashed two skincare items, one a calming cleanser and the other a miracle moisturiser, and I thought why not share them with you? I do love them after all.

I'm so happy to have this back in my life...

La Roche-Posay: Effaclar Duo +

First up is this miraculous 'corrective, unclogging care, anti-imperfections, anti-marks' moisturiser from La Roche Posay that I picked up in Boots, here's a link. This is my second repurchase of the product as I love it so much, honestly I could talk about it for days, but heres the stuff you need to know. This is a really cooling and nourishing moisturiser that sinks quickly into the skin, aulthough you should be careful around your eyes as it can be a bit stingy, what I love about it is the matt finish it leaves on my skin, no shine in sight. I love the effects that this product has on my skin, after a couple of weeks of using it day and night you will begin to see a remarkable difference in your skin, I know I do. The price is pretty good, it is generally £15.50 but is often in part of a 3 for 2 offer or even 20% off!

For many years I have suffered with spot prone skin, but after discovering this product I have begun to feel a lot more comfortable with my makeup free skin. You will notice a large difference in your skin after a few weeks use, scarring and marking will begin to disappear and spots become less frequent. I haven't bought this product for a couple of months however my skin is becoming to clear up anyway so I can't wait to see what using this again does, I'm just praying for clear skin for my upcoming holiday.

You only need a small amount of the product as a little goes a long way, apply a thin layer over your face and neck and tada...

Superdrug Naturally Radiant: Brightening Hot Cloth Cleanser

The second product is this hot cloth cleanser which is part of Superdrug's Naturally Radiant range, the packaging suggest it 'awakens' the skin's 'natural glow' which I have to agree with, here's a link. I have lost count of how many of these I have repurchase over the last couple of years because it is amazing and I am always lost without it in my skincare routine. I tend to use this generally when removing makeup, it works wonders, however you know those mornings when you wake up looking a bit worse for wear it really does brighten and awaken your skin. My favourite part about this? Well that would be the price, at £5.99 it's pretty amazing but always (and I mean always) on offer.

Ever heard of the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish? Of course you have. Well this, my friends, is an amazing dupe for that and at a third of the price you should definitley give it a go. The creamy texture is so soothing on your skin and definitley not drying at all, my skin is always left tight but bouncy and smooth after using, with a natural glow. Naturally I have quite normal/oily skin however this leaves me with a lovely matt finish, no oily T-zone in sight.

Again a small amount goes a long way, you can really use this sparingly...

I hope this has given you some insight into different products on offer for oily/spot prone skin in Boots and Superdrug, why not go out and try them for yourself! Let me know how it goes.
