In the last couple of months I have seen sooooooo many instagram photos and blog posts showing off these Chanel Espadrilles, but (!!) I also discovered a much cheaper alternative for those of you on a low student budget like me...

After watching Emily Canham's vlog where she spoke about her boyfriend, Jake, purchasing her the espadrilles in duty free I really wanted to get my hands on a dupe, a month or so of searching low and high I found a great, affordable pair.

Whilst browsing through the Primark shoe department I found this pair...
They are a monochrome style, white all over with a black toe cap and the rope detailing around the sole. I have found them to be very comfortable to wear and they go with everything from jeans and a t-shirt to a summer dress, they can also be worn in the daytime or the evening. At just £8 they are a steal!
